The following is our philosophy. But it isn’t just a public relations statement. It is how we operate and how we deal with the public. If someone needs our help with a mortgage or with mortgage-related problems, we help them. Here is our philosophy:
Our primary focus is to help those who need it. We realize that there are many people who are not able to get a regular mortgage for many different reasons. Having this experience ourselves, we understand that it can be difficult, frustrating and sometimes embarrassing to get turned down for a mortgage.
We want you to know that just because someone else has said no, it doesn’t mean you can’t get a loan. We have helped many people who were told it was not possible to get a loan. Just because another lender says you can’t get approved doesn’t mean it is impossible.
In some cases, a loan cannot be done right away. Most mortgage people will send you away without any help given. This is not okay.
When you reaches out for help, we are here to give it to you. In many cases, that means we can do a loan right away.
But what about those times when you can’t get approved right now? Should we send you away with no plan? Absolutely not!
We will help you with advice on how to put yourself in position to get the loan or solve the problem you are trying to handle.
Sometimes, there are credit issues to resolve. In other situations, there are things that need to be done to arrange things correctly to make a loan work.
Regardless of what you are trying to achieve, if it has to do with a mortgage, we are here to help. So please use our help. That is what we are here for.”
Part of achieving the goal stated above is to figure out a way to structure a deal in the best way possible. This means looking for the optimum solution for the borrower while also ensuring the lender is given a solid loan and where we are compensated for our work.
It does not mean that we overcharge. It means that we charge a fair price and deliver an excellent result.
